Become familiar with your own particular cycle, so that you can use your energy when your tide is in, and rest when your tide is out. This aspect also indicates a compulsory awareness of others and their emotional states, which will at first hinder your ability to focus on yourself and your own purposes. As you resolve your internal struggle, however, this awareness will cease to conflict with your own needs, and can instead function as an asset in seeing others deeply.
