Depending on its exactness (see "strength" and "orb" just above in your personalized, fine art astrology book You and the Universe), this could be the most significant aspect in your chart! You were born when the Sun was at the lowest point in the sky on the day of your birth. Being born near midnight in no way signifies lowliness of or base qualities in your character, but rather that you tend to be a homebody, and that, other things being equal -- which they rarely are -- your family interests outweigh your career concerns. Your emotions and your past play a very important part in your life, and may conflict with your career. If there are hard aspects to other fourth or twelfth house planets, some of these issues from your past probably need to be made more conscious in order for you to become a whole person. In this case some form of therapy would be helpful. Your subconscious and its origins - your past, your emotional roots, your family and childhood - will be the arena in your life where you most shine your light and express your will and sense of purpose. And you will do this in a manner described by your Sun's sign.

IF the Sun is in your third house AND also within 3° - 4° of your fourth house cusp (check the orb in the header), THEN its expression through your fourth house is at least as strong as through your third; if its orb is less than 1.5°, it should be read as though it were in the fourth house and not in the third at all!
